Big turnout for web accessibility seminar

In late November, the “Inclusive Digitalisation” knowledge seminar was held at the Danish embassy in Stockholm, with dania software as the organiser.

The theme was practical experience with the web accessibility directive and WCAG, and the event was an overwhelming success with high attendance.

The seminar entailed several sessions covering, for instance, the importance of accessibility from a strategic and organizational perspective, as well as the specific experience of a Danish city council on how to best observe the directive in practice.

The event was later supplemented by a webinar, the attendees of which could watch a demonstration of dania software’s accessibilityfixer, which resolves accessibility challenges in documents and PDFs.

If you are interested in learning more about accessibilityfixer and web accessibility, kindly contact our Country Manager, Kim Erbo Christensen, on +44 203 630 1566 or at for more information.

A strong digital Denmark

Each year the European Commission’s “eGovernment Benchmark” report communicates the status of the digitalisation of the public sectors in each of the EU member states and shows the progress made over the previous 12 month period in the areas of user friendliness, transparency, infrastructure and accessibility across borders.

Traditionally, Denmark has ranked high in the report, and this year is no exception. The Danes top the list when it comes to adopting digital services, and generally the report paints a picture of a Danish public sector where digitalisation enjoys favourable conditions, viewed from a European perspective.

At dania software we have developed solutions for Denmark’s public sector for more than 15 years, and we experience that more and more of our European neighbours are being inspired by the Danish way of thinking digitalisation. We see a great potential for sharing the Danish know-how, and we look forward to contributing even more to the future development.

A look back on the year past

2019 has been yet another busy and fascinating year for dania software.

In addition to the takeover last spring of activities in Team Data Solutions A/S, the past year has seen growth in our customer network, new foreign business partners, a two-track concept for our annual customer event, Vision Board Invitational, and a number of new faces at our headquarters.

On the production side, we have seen both versions 2.5 and 2.6 of dynamictemplate, the announcement of dynamictemplate Cloud and Connect 365, a new data source module and, of course, a large number of new and updated integrations.

2020 already looks promising – not the least because of the further dissemination of dynamictemplate Cloud, which brings our popular template solution into the cloud. In addition, we have planned a long list of exciting initiatives, including the expansion of Connect 365, a major update of our Statistics module and our updated outlooksignature for all devices.

As always, customers and partners can find the detailed plans in our roadmap, which is available in the login area at

We at dania software wish you all very happy holidays and a productive new year!
