accessibilityfixer now also supports Excel and PowerPoint
With the latest version of accessibilityfixer, creating accessible PDF files in Excel and PowerPoint is now easy, too.
As in Word, accessibilityfixer now makes it easy to identify areas in spreadsheets and presentations where accessibility can be improved. You are guided safely through the process in just a few simple steps, so the end product is a fully marked and accessible PDF.
In connection with the update, Kim Erbo Christensen, Country Manager UK, will host a free 30-minute webinar on the solution and the new possibilities it offers, each Friday over the coming weeks. These are scheduled for 31/1, 7/2 and 14/2 at 1 PM GMT. To participate, please register by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning +44 203 630 1566.
outlooksignature for Office 365 – everywhere
Get ready for dynamic signatures in online and mobile versions of Outlook 365 – coming soon.
The new, fully cloud-based version of outlooksignature was created in close cooperation with Microsoft’s development team and brings auto-generated signatures to all devices where Office 365 is already installed.
With direct integration with Active Directory and Azure AD, as well as automatic control of campaign fields and brand at department level, it is now even easier to ensure uniform signatures across the entire organisation.
We expect to release the new outlooksignature at the end of Q1 2020.
