Focus on digitalisation in the Kent Customer Service Group
dania software is happy and proud to have been invited to make a presentation on digitalisation, template management and web accessibility for the Kent Customer Service Group (KCSG) on Tuesday, 4 June 2019 in Maidstone. KCSG is a networking group for municipal IT employees all of whom work with digitalisation and its phasing in.
Lars Hintze Andersen, CEO and partner in dania software, shared his expertise on Denmark’s digitalisation journey and introduced our solutions, which help municipalities streamline their work processes, draw greater benefits from digitalisation and comply with the EU’s web accessibility directive.
Web accessibility and Frederikssund Kommune
The deadline for web accessibility is approaching. Therefore, in cooperation with Kenneth Jensen, webmaster for Frederikssund Kommune, (Danish municipality) we drew up a customer case on Frederikssund Kommune and their handling of web accessibility. We hope the case will be a source of inspiration for others in their work with accessibility.
Here is a brief extract from the case:
‘Our ambition is to be 100% AAA-compliant regarding web accessibility by September 2020. While it is ambitious, it is really the best way forward, because I am confident that an AAA rating is going to be a requirement in the very near future, and the extra cost of maintaining the AAA rating is minimal.’
