Partnerships with English CDW UK and Swedish Consensis AB

In September, Dania Software entered into partnerships with both the Swedish template company Consensis AB and the English provider CDW UK. These new partnerships strengthen Dania Software’s position in both the Scandinavian and English markets, where dynamic template solutions and streamlining of document accessibility are in high demand.

Read about FOA and find new inspiration for DynamicTemplate

DynamicTemplate offers a long list of tools to streamline the way your organisation’s end-users create documents. Regardless of whether you use Standard Content with automatic completion of fields or advanced rules to improve efficiency, DynamicTemplate offers many ways to save time in daily work routines.

To gain a better understanding of how our customers use DynamicTemplate in practice, we spoke to project consultant Kristina Löfs, who led the implementation of DynamicTemplate at FOA –Denmark’s third largest trade union. Read the success story and find out more about how DynamicTemplate resulted in new work processes in their organisation.

Scottish councils and Scandinavian embassies

In September, Dania Software took part in GovShare in Scotland. At the event, the many Scottish councils shared their experience with the digital transformation in the wake of the New Normal and with how to best ensure inclusion in digital communication between the organisation and the public.

Also in September, two webinars were held at the Danish Embassy in Sweden and the Danish Embassy in Norway, respectively. It was a great pleasure to see the strong attendance and engagement in the events, where Dania Software presented the many benefits of DynamicTemplate for a wide range of organisations and councils.

Customer news

The EU Web Accessibility Directive is now in effect, which is clearly seen from the immense demand for AccessibilityFixer from both new and existing customers.

We extend a warm welcome to new customers from the Danish councils: Solrød, Nyborg, Faaborg-Midtfyn, Lolland and Horsens, which have ensured accessibility for the public through an investment in AccessibilityFixer.

Many of our existing Danish customers – the councils of Herning, Faxe, Guldborgsund, Skanderborg, Næstved, Lejre, Kalundborg and Gladsaxe – have also chosen to add the AccessibilityFixer solution to their toolbox.

The Swedish city of Malmö has also chosen to invest in AccessibilityFixer, and on the other side of the North Sea, the Equality Commission of Northern Ireland has done the same.

With DynamicTemplate, Dania Software and Consensis AB won the Swedish procurement contract with the collaboration organisation Höglandsförbundet. Höglandsförbundet consists of the five Swedish councils: Aneby, Eksjö, Nässjö, Sävsjö and Vetlanda – as well as the municipal utility companies Eksjö Energi AB, Aneby Miljö & Vatten, and Höglandets Räddningstjänstförbund (emergency services).

DynamicTemplate has also found new homes in both Denmark and Norway. In Denmark, the councils Lolland Kommune and Horsens Kommune, as well as the trade union Socialpædagogernes Landsforbund and utility company AffaldVarme Aarhus have purchased the solution.

In the Norwegian market, Trondheim Kommune has also chosen to invest in DynamicTemplate.
